Starting Off Right!


Day one and I am starting it off right! Today i had my first weight in and I am a whopping 252! I know gross right? So I am off to start my journey to a healthier and more fit lifestyle. My Goal is to lose 90 pounds by December 25, 2011. In the past when i have tried losign weight i set goals for myself and got so overwhelmed that i eventually gave up. To keep myself on track i have broken my ultimate goal of 90 pounds into smaller goals. Here they are:
Oct.1-Dec. 25-20 lbs.
Dec.25- March 25- 15 lbs.
March 25- June 25-20 lbs.
June 25-Sept. 25-15 lbs.
Sept. 25- Oct. 25- 10 lbs.
Oct.25-Dec. 25- 10 lbs.
Grand total= 90 lbs.

I think with hard work and keeping myself focused i can do it! I have also started a weight loss Vlog on YouTube... YouTube.com/KatWomansJourney. Today i am signing up for the gym and i am ready for this change in my life!
